This study aimed at evaluating the impact of financial statement on investment decision: A study of Millennium Industries Limited, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. The population of the study was 100 users of Millennium Industries Limited financial statement. Sample size was determined using Taro Yamane formula. Percentage analysis was used to analyze the table and formulated hypotheses were tested using Z-test statistical technique at 5% level of significance. The researcher made use of questionnaires and interview as the primary method of data collection and existing literature were used as the secondary method of data collection. The study findings indicate that financial statement has significant impact on the investment decisions of Millennium Industries Limited. Investors' investment decision is significantly influenced by increase in profit. The researcher therefore recommends that financial statement should disclose all necessary information for effective decision making and the information disclosed be correct; also investors should ensure that they have in-depth understanding of the financial statements before making investment decisions.
